How do I book a photography session?
You can easily book your session through our website or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll schedule a short consultation to plan your shoot.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
Cancellations made within 48 hours qualify for a full refund or free reschedule. After 48 hours, a 30% fee applies. Cancellations made after 7 working days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Do you offer on-location or studio shoots?
Absolutely. We offer both on-location sessions (outdoors, offices, events) and studio photography options, depending on your preference and package.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Delivery time is typically 7–30 working days, depending on the package and the type of session. Business shoots or large events may require additional time for editing.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 10–30 days in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends and busy seasons.
Can I use the photos for my business or marketing?
Yes — business clients receive commercial usage rights, which allow you to use the photos for branding, advertising, and digital marketing. Personal photos are for private use only unless otherwise arranged.
